Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) - High Temperature Heat Pump Manufacturing USA

The objective of this project is to commission a facility that has a capacity to manufacture at least 150 industrial water sourced heat pumps per year with capacities above 100kW (0.3MMBTU/h) and temperatures 140°F to 250°F.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS FUNDING OPPORTUNITY ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO ACCELERATE THE GROWTH OF DOMESTIC PRODUCTION CAPABILITY OF ELECTRIC HEAT PUMPS TO MEET THE ANTICIPATED INCREASED DEMAND FOR CLEAN ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES AS THE ECONOMY TRANSITIONS TO NET-ZERO EMISSIONS.
