The objectives of the project are to create a domestic production capacity of at least 10,000 cold climate air-to-air heat pumps,
5,000 geothermal water-to-air heat pumps, and 100 high-capacity cold climate air-to-water heat pumps annually which provide an efficiency increase of 25-75% when compared to standard air conditioners and heat pump equipment.
