Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) PECO CREATE Plan: Creating a resilient, equitable and accessible transformation in energy for greater Philadelphia.
The objective of the PECO CREATE Plan is to catalyze a generational transformation of Southeastern Pennsylvania's energy landscape through a combination of targeted infrastructure investments and comprehensive community-based collaborations to reduce the likelihood and consequence of impacts to the electric grid due to extreme weather and rising sea levels.
