Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) - Separation of Rare Earth Oxides and Reduction to Metal Products
The overall objective of this project is to design, develop, and deploy innovative process technologies to produce salable rare earth metals and critical minerals (CM) from acid mine drainage (AMD) feedstocks at a reduced cost to reduce our nation’s vulnerability from international competitors.

Funding Goals
