Solar Training and Education for Professionals Serving Underrepresented Populations (STEP-UP) seeks to increase awareness of beneficial solar energy and storage deployment amongst populations and sectors that are underrepresented in solar energy adoption through tailored training and education delivered to previously unreached networks.
Trusted community organizations or associations will team with solar energy experts to develop and deliver appropriate education, training, and dissemination strategies that can be replicated and scaled.
