Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) - Project LACE: Loans to Access Clean Electric Vehicles
The project will create business models that ensure communities reap the full range of benefits of electric vehicle charger deployment.
By directly focusing on the financial needs of historically underserved populations, this project will accelerate the adoption of clean electric vehicles, helping ensure equitable access to electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
The goal is to develop, analyze, and promote innovative business models for electric vehicle financing that effectively address the barriers faced by underserved populations in Justice40 communities.
