BIL Low-Cost and Scalable Second Use Battery Demonstration in Central California for Equitable Domestic Manufacturing and Job Growth.

The objective of the project is to implement two second life battery energy storage system (ESS) demonstration projects and accomplish low-rate initial production of a second life energy storage system using a modular battery assembly.
