Grant Description
The grantee shall administer DOE funds received under the Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan Fund Capitalization Grant Program (EE RLF Program) in accordance with federal rules and regulations and state policies and procedures.
The grantee is to manage federal funds in a prudent, effective and efficient manner to accomplish program objectives.
Funding Goals
THE GRANTEE SHALL ADMINISTER DOE FUNDS RECEIVED UNDER THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY REVOLVING LOAN FUND CAPITALIZATION GRANT PROGRAM (EE RLF PROGRAM) IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS AND STATE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. THE GRANTEE IS TO MANAGE FEDERAL FUNDS IN A PRUDENT, EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT MANNER TO ACCOMPLISH PROGRAM OBJECTIVES.
