Grant Description
Application Purpose: RTD is requesting its full FFY2022 Sec 5337 apportionment of $26,408,090 (FEDERAL). This amount is composed of $26,269,132 in High Intensity Fixed Guideway funds plus $138,958 in High Intensity Motor Bus funds.
RTD intends to use all their State of Good Repair funds for preventive maintenance on the vehicles, facilities, and associated equipment on the fixed guideway system.
Activities Performed: All funds will go towards preventive maintenance for RTD's fixed guideway system, including vehicles, track, and associated equipment and infrastructure.
Expected Outcomes: This award will assist in funding operating costs for RTD during the period October 1, 2021, through September 30, 2023.
Intended Beneficiaries: The transit patrons and employees of the RTD service area will benefit from the funding in this application.
Subrecipient Activities: RTD will not have subrecipients for this award.
