Overview

Grant Description
This grant will use the remaining FFY20 and full FY21 5311 apportionments. CDOT selected transit projects in Colorado rural areas totaling:

- $590,848 - (FFY 2020 5311 remaining apportionment - to be applied to operating scope)
- $179,595 - (FFY 2021 RTAP full apportionment - to be applied to RTAP scope)
- $13,275,471 - (FFY 2021 5311 full apportionment - to be applied to all other scopes)

Total: $14,045,914

Program Requirements:
FFY20 funding program requirements have been satisfied in grant CO-2021-007. FFY21 funding program requirements in this application total:

- 5.58% of FFY 2021 5311 funds are for state admin funding satisfying the 10% maximum admin requirement.
- 16.81% of FFY2021 5311 funds toward 5311 (F) projects meets the 15% minimum ICB program requirement.

CDOT has entered and rolled the remaining FFY20 and FFY2021 5311 program into CDOT 2022-2025 STIP document. The STIP # is SST6729.00 for all 5311 pooled activities. The total amount of SST6729.00 under the roll forward amount includes FFY2020 and FFY2021 funds. The STIP page is attached.

CDOT has selected 2021 5311 projects under pre-award authority. All projects have been evaluated and selected under FTA regulation and CDOT state management plan. All documentation is on file with CDOT DTR. The approximate amount that will be using pre-award authority is $5,448,461 based on invoicing from the end of July 2021.
