Community Project Funding/Congressionally Directed Spending - Construction - This project will continue a design-build construction effort for a current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) facility to support biopharmaceutical innovation to be located on the University of Delaware’s (UD’s) Science, Technology, and Advanced Research (STAR) Campus.
The envisioned Securing American Biomanufacturing Research and Education (SABRE) Center will provide infrastructure to support development and manufacturing of cutting-edge such as gene therapies, mRNA vaccines, and other biopharmaceuticals.
