Overview
Grant Description
Community Project Funding/Congressionally Directed Spending - Construction - The Makah Indian Tribe of the Makah Indian Reservation proposes the relocation of the Makah Tribe Sophie Trettevick Indian Health Center (STIHC) currently located at 250 Fort Street Neah Bay, WA 98357 within the tsunami inundation zone, to an upland site located at 100 Wellness Way, Neah Bay, WA, 98357.

The proposed project consists of the construction of a 21,525 square-foot (SF) outpatient clinic at 100 Wellness Way in Neah Bay, WA. In addition to a 3,200 maintenance facility, and a 1,680 square-foot (SF) storage and drive-through shelter. The facility will include paved, landscaped parking areas, walkways, and an access road.
