Community Project Funding/Congressionally Directed Spending - Construction - Southern Streams Health and Wellness Center

Southern Streams is a 120,000 sq ft mixed-use project that aims to facilitate a holistic approach to health and wellness. The center will offer physical and nutritional wellness services through Johns Hopkins Medical, as well as a federally qualified health center. This health center will provide affordable healthcare, dental services, and a mental health and behavioral counseling center.

The Southern Streams Health and Wellness Center is set to be a $32.1 million dollar signature project within the Broadway East community of the East Baltimore Revitalization Project.
