Grant Description
Application purpose: The purpose of this grant is to purchase 18 new CNG buses to replace CNG and diesel buses that have met their useful life.
Activities performed: The activities to be performed are to purchase new CNG buses to replace CNG and diesel buses that have met their useful life.
Expected outcomes: Funding will provide new buses to operate throughout the Phoenix-Mesa-Scottsdale UA.
Intended beneficiaries: The intended beneficiaries are the passengers and operators who will be utilizing new vehicles to operate and/or ride public transit.
Subrecipient activities: The City of Phoenix is subawarding these funds to Valley Metro/Regional Public Transportation Authority (RPTA).
