Grant Description
A GRANT OF UP TO $5,267,845 TO THE STATE OF ARKANSAS FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE ARKANSAS STATE VETERANS CEMETERY IN NORTH LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.THE CEMETERY SERVES MORE THAN 93,000 VETERANS AND THEIR ELIGIBLE FAMILY MEMBERS IN THE REGION. THE GRANT WILL FUND ROADWAY, LANDSCAPING, AND IRRIGATION.
Funding Goals
GRANTS MAY BE USED ONLY TO ESTABLISH, EXPAND, OR IMPROVE VETERANS CEMETERIES THAT ARE OWNED AND OPERATED BY A STATE, TERRITORY OR TRIBAL GOVERNMENT ON TRUST LAND.
