Grant Description
The funding will be used to remodel and enlarge the Clemson Veterinary Diagnostic Center (CVDC), enhancing the current protection of animal health from foreign and emerging diseases, and increase food safety for consumers within the Southeastern United States.
This project will create a center of veterinary education for students completing their necropsy rotations and also allow for regulatory training for graduates interested in state or federal regulatory veterinary medicine.
Clemson University College of Veterinary Medicine is the only school associated with a state veterinarian's office.
