Description:
The state will operate many environmental programs under this Performance Partnership Grant (PPG). This PPG includes the following programs: Clean Air Act 105 for air pollution control, Clean Water Act 106 for water pollution control, Safe Drinking Water Act 1443(a) for protection of drinking water, Solid Waste Disposal Act 3011 for land preservation and restoration, and Toxic Substances Control Act 28 to monitor polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB). The state will direct resources to achieve maximum environmental benefit protecting human health and the environment.
