Grant Description
Description: This agreement provides funding to the City of Los Angeles to implement its project to the Hyperion Water Reclamation Plant's modernization project as directed in the 2023 Consolidated Appropriations Act or as identified in an approved technical correction if one has been approved for this project.

This award provides full federal funding in the amount of $3,452,972.

Preaward costs have been approved back to 7/1/24.

Activities: The activities to be performed are: 1. 60% design; 2. 90% design; 3. 100% design; 4. Installation of equipment; and 5. Testing.

Subrecipient: No subawards are included in this assistance agreement.

Outcomes: The anticipated deliverables are 60, 90, and 100% design and installation and testing which are expected to lead to increased treatment at the Hyperion Water Reclamation Plant which will benefit the residents of Los Angeles.
