Description: This agreement funds the recipient's program to conduct health education, lead dust sampling, and public outreach as laid out in the remedial action at the Omaha Lead Hazardous Waste Site, which is listed on the National Priorities List (NPL) of the National Oil and Hazardous Substances Contingency Plan.

Activities: The activities to be performed include the following site-specific actions: testing inside residents' homes of the impacted area, providing health education to the community and medical professionals, and reducing the interior lead dust exposure risk.

Subrecipient: No subawards are included in this assistance agreement.

Outcomes: Anticipated outcomes, expected deliverables, and intended beneficiaries include reducing the risk of lead exposure, specifically benefiting children age 7 and under who live in the Omaha Lead Superfund Site.
