Grant Description
The work performed under this grant will be used to accomplish objectives of the Virginia Chesapeake Bay TMDL Phase III Watershed Implementation Plan (WIP) and supports the goals of the 2014 Chesapeake Bay Watershed Agreement through activities that directly result in the remediation of nonpoint source pollution or lead to the remediation of nonpoint source pollution through technical assistance and on-the-ground support that would result in improving aquatic health of the Chesapeake Bay.
This action awards $4,051,996 in federal funds for implementation of VADEQ's Phase III WIP. Federal funds in the amount of $2,766,805 are contingent upon availability.
