Grant Description
NFWF - Small Watershed Grants Program. This cooperative agreement enables the recipient to support locally-based protection and restoration programs that reduce pollutants that contribute to the impairment of water quality standards in the Chesapeake Bay and its tidal tributaries. This work will help achieve and maintain the water quality necessary to improve the aquatic system health of the Chesapeake Bay ecosystem.

This action awards federal funds in the amount of $6,000,000. Federal funds in the amount of $50,000,000 are contingent upon availability.
