Grant Description
This agreement provides funding under the Further Additional Supplemental Appropriations for Disaster Relief Requirements Act, 2018 of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 (H.R. 1892, Public Law No.115-123) to assist Puerto Rico in developing, implementing and maintaining a Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) program.
The funding supports activities that make progress in investigating and cleaning-up petroleum in response to Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
