Grant Description
Description:
The purpose of this agreement is to provide assistance to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Division of Marine Resources to implement its project to support the Long Island Sound Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan. The acquisition of these properties will provide water quality, tidal wetland, and coastal habitat protection to Long Island Sound through the preservation of land in the watershed.
