Residential (shelter and/or transitional foster care) services for unaccompanied children- prelicensed - Marsell Wellness Center (Marsell) is an established mental health, social services provider, and foster family agency.
Marsell maintains service agreements with Riverside County Department of Public Social Services – Children's Services’ Division and developing partnerships with Riverside University Health System – Behavioral Health to provide outpatient mental health, anger management, domestic violence counseling and parenting education classes augmented with in-home coaching services.
