Overview
Grant Description
Crs will implement a new 5 year resilience food security activity called HAREA, with the goal of increasing resilience and food security for extremely poor marginalized households in the Grand South of Madagascar.
HAREA is based on the premise that, by sustainably enhancing productive livelihoods, improving capacities, and reducing risk, extremely poor and marginalized households will move out of extreme poverty and have increased food security and resilience to adapt and recover from disasters, climate shocks and chronic vulnerability.
HAREA will reach a total of 54,642 households with the graduation approach in southern Madagascar over the life of the activity.
