Grant Description
Teaching and Learning Materials (TLM) Market Systems Development Activity or the "Ibitabo Hose, Ku Bana Bose (IHKBB)/Books for Kids Everywhere" activity will facilitate an integral step towards achieving and sustaining Rwanda’s literacy objectives by strengthening the ability of public and private market actors to collaboratively plan, manage, and supply books for generations of Rwandans to come.
