Grant Description
Thrive Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) - Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-Free, Mentored, and Safe (DREAMS) Activity (ODA), locally named Igire-Turengere Abana (Be Resilient – Let Us Protect Children) program, will reach at-risk adolescent girls and young women (AGYW), orphans and vulnerable children (OVC), and their households with interventions to reduce HIV incidence and vulnerabilities as this activity requires.

The program will be targeting to achieve four main intermediate results:

1. Sustained adoption of essential practices by families and communities for most vulnerable children and youth.
2. Improved health and prospects for at-risk adolescents and youth.
3. Strengthened prevention and response to violence against children and youth.
4. Improved community/facility level coordination and delivery of quality health and social services for children and youth.
