Grant Description
The proposed activity is a 5-years GDA award aiming to conserve, restore, and sustainably manage forests of indigenous communities in Ucayali to reduce GHG emissions and scale-up an innovative community forestry management. The alliance will work in seven (07) indigenous communities in the Department of Ucayali: two Cacataibo indigenous communities located in the district and province of Padre Abad; and five Shipibo-Conibo communities in Calleria, Masisea, and Iparia districts, Coronel Portillo province.
