Cooperative Agreement
Overview
Grant Description
Improving the foundational skills of students through strengthening the capacity of teachers and institutions to deliver those skills will increase student retention, resulting in more and better-educated youth staying in school longer and graduating.
Children and youth with access to quality education, enabled and encouraged to stay in school, have greater opportunities to secure quality employment. Their incentives to irregularly migrate to the United States will decrease if employed, and their improved livelihoods will contribute to El Salvador's prosperity and sustainable development.
