Grant Description
The “TAPAJÓS FOR LIFE” activity will improve the conservation and sustainable use of protected areas in the Lower Tapajós River Basin located in the Brazilian Amazon, by strengthening community-based business management capacity, fostering access to financial mechanisms and market linkages for sustainable value chains.

Support the development of an integrated approach to community-based tourism in protected areas (PAs) and contribute to the reduction of potential conflicts in selected PAs and Indigenous Lands (ILs) through participatory monitoring and planning.
