Grant Description
Realizing equitable access, retention, and completion in higher education (REACH) will play a critical role in improving access to market-relevant higher education (HE) and training in the three target countries of Guatemala, Honduras, and Paraguay.
By strengthening HEI capacity to provide scholarships and wrap-around services to marginalized populations who are attending or planning to pursue postsecondary education, REACH aims to increase youth employability in prioritized, growing, and formal economic sectors.
