Grant Description
Award purpose: $4,957,180 awarded to ABT GLOBAL LLC for the purpose of providing capacity building technical assistance for the complete neighborhoods cohort in the thriving communities program.
Activities to be performed: Technical assistance, and capacity building support to enable disadvantaged and under-resourced communities to advance a pipeline of transformative infrastructure projects in complete neighborhoods cohort.
Expected outcomes: Facilitation of the planning and development of transportation and community revitalization activities and provide tools to ensure that the complete neighborhoods communities can access the funding provided in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL).
Intended beneficiaries: The 20 communities in the complete neighborhoods cohort.
