The project will permanently close two CSX railroad crossings (crossings #35225T and #639539V) on Shelby County Road 52.

The recipient will conduct full cycle activities including, environmental review, preliminary engineering, right-of-way acquisition and utility relocation, final design, and construction.

The deliverables are: project management plan, final performance report, final NEPA documentation, PE design set, final design package, as-built designs, and updated US DOT crossing inventory form.

The intended beneficiaries are the citizens of Shelby County and it will improve the goods and services.
