1. Purpose: The project will separate and eliminate 7 at-grade crossings and advance completion of high-speed rail passenger service.

Activities: The project includes the following elements: administration and management of the project, administration and management of the construction, final design and construction of two overcrossings, four undercrossings, relocation of BNSF rail, and closure of one crossing and, right-of-way (ROW) acquisition for the project.
