Overview
Grant Description
The purpose of the project is to replace the structurally deficient MBTA South Elm Street Bridge in Haverhill, MA. The project scope includes replacement of the South Elm Street Bridge and associated track work replacement of existing sidewalks and construction of ADA compliant ramps within the bridge footprint and immediately adjacent to the bridge.
