The project will eliminate vehicle and emergency access delays, eliminate collisions, and eliminate trespass related injuries and fatalities at the Madison Street and Jefferson Street intersections with the 10th Street rail corridor.
The project will increase capacity in the existing 10th Street rail corridor between Mason Avenue and Capitol Avenue to accommodate 4 mainline tracks and related maintenance access.
