Project Grant
Overview
Grant Description
The proposed bridge rehabilitation will extend the lifespan of the existing bridges and minimize disruptions to daily train operations that would otherwise be required due to increased scour around and under the bridges that would require slow orders to protect the integrity of the weakened substructure.
The rehabilitation would allow Metrolink, Union Pacific, and Amtrak to maintain on-time and reliable service through this corridor.
