Grant Description
The proposed activity is a workforce development project with a specific focus on the development of a railroad engineering program by the University of Delaware for implementation at Morgan State University (MSU), a historically black college and university (HBCU) located in Baltimore, Maryland.

This development and implementation activity will serve as a template and model for implementation of similar programs at other HBCUs in other parts of the United States.

The ultimate goals are to train more stakeholders and increase the workforce diversity.
