Overview
Grant Description
This award to the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) as a cooperative agreement will offer all required courses listed in the NOFO, as well as supplemental education courses in the areas of human trafficking prevention, traffic enforcement, and other areas as needed.
CVSA will offer courses to meet the demand from non-federal personnel, including 125 inspection courses, 100 HM courses, etc. They will utilize FMCSA's existing instructor pool and course and testing materials, and will update materials as necessary with FMCSA's approval.
CVSA will use a blended approach, offering instructor-led certification courses both in person and virtually.
