Project Description: I-494: From 0.3 mi E of US 169 to 0.8 mi W of MN 100, and from I-35W to E of 24th Ave and on I-35W, from 86th St to 76th St in Edina, Bloomington and Richfield - construct E-ZPass lanes, mobility and safety improvements, reconstruct mainline pavement, drainage, ADA, lighting, sidewalk/trail, construct new bridge 27430, replace bridges 9289 (new BR 27425), 9213 (new BR 27429), 9081A & 9081 (new BR 27W58) and 9082 (new BR 27W59), preservation on bridges 9078 (PED BR), 27V63, 27V38, 27052B, 27052D, 27424, 27V33, 27V35 and 27408, utilities and replace signals at France Ave and 82nd St.
