Project description: Highway reconstruction of US 19 West from SR 1386 (Piney Hill Road) near Lewisburg to SR 1444 (Will Higgins Road) near Ramseytown in Yancey Co.
This PDB contract also includes FEMA damage sites on SR 1386 (Will Higgins Road), SR 1417 (Hunting Dale Road), and SR 1343 (Murphytown Road).
FEMA sites are being managed separately in NCDOT's financial and contract systems.
