Project description: 'Restoration and rehabilitation needed to restore this section of the Federal-Aid Highway to its pre-disaster condition at numerous damaged locations along NC 9 (between MM 1.3 and MM 2.9) within Henderson County.
Work includes, but not limited to, earthwork; pipe culverts; major structures; subgrade, bases, and shoulders; asphalt pavements; concrete pavements and shoulders; incidentals; signing; work zone traffic control; pavement markings, markers, and delineation; lighting; utility construction; erosion control and roadside development; signals and intelligent transportation systems; soil nail retaining walls.'
