REPLACE AVERY COUNTY PIPE BP-006-2064 CARRYING HANGING CREEK UNDER NC 184 (SHAWNEEHAW AVENUE) NEAR THE INTERSECTION WITH SR 1337 (DOBBINS ROAD). REPLACE WATAUGA COUNTY PIPE 940378 (FEDERAL STRUCTURE 1890378) CARRYING VALLEY CREEK UNDER NC 105. THE EMERGENCY REPAIR WORK IS BEING COMPLETED VIA EMERGENCY EXPRESS DESIGN BUILD CONTRACT DK00420 TO REPAIR THE FAILED DRAINAGE STRUCTURES AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE TO PREVENT FURTHER DAMAGE TO NC 184 AND NC 105.
