ADVANCED UAS/UAV APPLICATION AND DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND BIOINFORMATICS TOOLS INTEGRATE GXEXM DATA FOR PRECISION AGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENT - OBJECTIVES 1: DEVELOP AND EVALUATE DECISION SUPPORT TO ESTIMATE BEST SOIL HEALTH AND NUTRIENT MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES IN SELECTED CROPS BASED ON HISTORICAL, REAL-TIME, AND NEAR REAL-TIME DATA.
