Purpose: Reconstruct terminal.

Activities to be performed/expected outcomes: This project reconstructs 170,000 square feet of existing terminals A East, B, C, D and E including air handling units, mechanical rooms, baggage makeup expansion, and wall systems that have reached the end of their useful lives.

This grant funds the final phase, which consists of terminals D and E baggage makeup expansion.

Intended beneficiary: This grant will provide federal funding for airports associated with Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
