THIS GRANT FUNDS THE FINAL PHASE, WHICH CONSISTS OF CONSTRUCTION. INTENDED BENEFICIARY: THIS GRANT WILL PROVIDE FEDERAL FUNDING FOR AIRPORTS ASSOCIATED WITH JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI.
