Purpose: The American Rescue Plan Act awarded economic assistance to eligible U.S. airports and eligible concessions at those airports to prevent, prepare for, and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Activities to be performed/expected outcomes: This grant includes discretionary funding for St. Clair County International Airport (PHN), located in the 10th Congressional District in Michigan, to reconstruct the existing Taxiway B lighting system in the amount of $636,003.
