Grant Description
Purpose: Remove taxiway; rehabilitate taxiway; rehabilitate runway.
Activities to be performed/expected outcomes: This project rehabilitates 10,083 feet of the existing Runway 15R/33L to maintain the structural integrity of the pavement and to minimize foreign object debris.
This project rehabilitates 430 feet of the existing Taxiway M pavement that requires rehabilitation to ensure safe airfield operations.
This project rehabilitates 562 feet of the existing Taxiway N pavement that requires rehabilitation to ensure safe airfield operations.
This project rehabilitates 845 feet of the existing Taxiway T pavement that requires rehabilitation to ensure safe airfield operations.
This project removes 408 feet of Taxiway F from the airfield for geometric improvements identified in the airport's Runway Incursion Mitigation Plan.
This project removes 449 feet of Taxiway Q from the airfield for geometric improvements identified in the airport's Runway Incursion Mitigation Plan.
Intended beneficiary: This grant will provide federal funding for airports associated with Boston, Massachusetts.
