THIS GRANT FUNDS THE FINAL PHASE, WHICH CONSIST OF CONSTRUCTION. INTENDED BENEFICIARY: THIS GRANT WILL PROVIDE FEDERAL FUNDING FOR AIRPORTS ASSOCIATED WITH SHREVEPORT, LOUISIANA.
