Grant Description
Purpose: Rehabilitate Taxiway
This grant is funded by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act to increase the federal share to 100 percent for the Airport Improvement Program (AIP).
Activities to be performed/Expected outcomes:
This project awards a State Block Grant Program grant to the State of Illinois to administer Airport Improvement Program sub-awards for nonprimary airports within the state.
This project rehabilitates 2,000 feet of the existing Taxiway A pavement to extend its useful life.
This project rehabilitates 3,150 feet of the existing Taxiway C pavement to extend its useful life.
Intended beneficiary:
This grant will provide federal funding for airports in the Illinois State Block Grant Program.
